If it’s something you’re going to start your day off with, every day, at least make sure you’re giving your brain a fighting chance to function optimally!
No need to overcomplicate the grocery list. I plan my meals for the week first, then add on items for breakfast and lunch, keeping those ingredients as simple as possible.
